InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Seaworld

First and foremost I can say the office manager Jennifer is real sweet and will find the time to help you with a breakdown of the prices and rooms. She is real helpful. The rooms are occupied with really cozy furniture and really does remind someone of home. The bad part is the hotel is located on a busy district on culebra there is a Circle K, QT and 7 eleven across from one another one but if your trying to go to a convince store or restaurant good luck crossing the street cause traffic doesn't slow down until nightfall. But that is the only bad part about the location of this hotel. It is a great hotel and a great staff the maintenance man is very helpful as well and they will do the best they can can to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay..

The staff make the stay worth while. Jennifer is awesome. I could have moved several times over, just stayed cause of the staff.

Ive been here since April an I like it because its peaceful and everything is close by. If you are looking something that is going to get you by week to week or month to month or incase your apartment is not ready this place would help you buy some time.

My stay has been convenient and comfortable. The staff (Jennifer and Phillip) are always professional and willing to help when needed, and the property is kept in good condition. I also appreciate the weekly pricing option, which makes budgeting easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend Intown Suites to friends and colleagues.

I opted for the deluxe version of room (full bed) and it's great. Perfect for a couple of months while house hunting

I have been here about a month and a half from the moment I walked in management staff and their crew have been nothing but polite and courteous, and extremely helpful. Even when certain things came up, which pretty much and everything something always does they paid attention to it and resolved it as quickly as possible to the best of their abilities. Of course this is my experience. I’m sure everyone has different. However, I also am a big believer was brought up showing respect to others since I have been here. Things have gotten even better. The cleaning crew is very diligent and very friendly. They say hi every time you see me and it’s a nice feeling, the location is very ideal for me. Very close to the freeway and have convenient stores and restaurants all around. Cleanliness is outstanding especially the new remodeled rooms downstairs. They are incredible. The rate is wonderful especially when you consider everything you get. Highly recommend this location since all are different. This is the see were location on Culebra.

This would be my 2nd time booking a room with InTown Suites, this place is great, the rooms are very nice and clean housekeeping is very attentive to guests needs , very quiet, and family oriented, front desk staff always courteous Ms.Jennifer always attentive , and with a smile on her face..
